The beautiful 2/2.5 Townhouse at Mariner Lakes 16 is a gated community on Perdido Beach Blvd. Across the street, you have private deeded access to the sandy white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Mariner Lakes features a spacious clubhouse with a workout room, a private fishing lake, tennis and basketball courts, and a swimming pool. This condo is a two-story unit. The first floor has a half bath, and each bedroom upstairs has its own private bath.
The Primary Bedroom has one king bed,
Guest Bedroom has one queen bed and twin bunks.
PARKING: The reservation includes 2 parking passes.
