Connor grew up in Birmingham, AL and spent family summer vacations in Orange Beach. While attending Mississippi College, Connor spent his summers working at Liquid Life, helping to shape the college intern program (that we still run each summer!) After graduation, Connor moved to Dallas and started his career selling enterprise software for top companies like Cisco and ClickUp. In the summer of 2023, Connor, his wife, and their two daughters moved to the Gulf Coast to join the Liquid Life team and live the beach life. When not at work or spending time with his family, you can likely find Connor on the pickleball court, golf course, or the couch cheering on the LSU Tigers.

Before joining our team, Jesse handled Owner Relations at Royal Destinations in 30A and took on various Guest Services roles, including Quality Assurance for a vacation rental business in Pensacola. Born in South Florida and raised near Athens, GA (Go Dawgs!), Jesse moved to the Florida Panhandle at 21 and returned 5 years ago to settle down with two kids, Rhiann and Coleson, along with a black lab, Stella, and a cat, Hercules. Skyler, a Guest Services Agent originally from a small Indiana farm town, brings over 10 years of hospitality experience to his role at Liquid Life, including six years in vacation rentals. After moving to the Gulf Coast, Skyler began as a QA/Housekeeping trainer, collaborating closely with maintenance and housekeeping to ensure exceptional guest experiences. Previously, he spent 4.5 years as a Maintenance Supervisor for a property management company, followed by three years as a Licensed Plumber and Property Maintenance Supervisor. Originally from Knoxville, TN, Aaron’s early life unfolded in the snowy terrains of Fairbanks and Anchorage, Alaska, but he has called Orange Beach home for the past eight years. While he initially moved here for the fishing, his love for the area expanded to include golfing, live music, and quality time with his wife, friends, and 11-year-old twins. When football season rolls around, you’ll find Aaron cheering on the Tennessee Vols, often around the grill, crafting delicious smoked meats and meals for friends and family. Aaron is known for his no-nonsense, serious demeanor—but beneath it all, he’s got a big heart.
