One of our favorite places to stay!

I have stayed here before and my sisters family stays here every year! West beach is my favorite because you do not have to deal with a huge crowd. I am disappointed since the coffee shop down the road has new owners and is not the same anymore, however you have the BEST ice cream place in all of gulf shores and orange beach! Our room was up to date and very nice, I didn’t love the top floor having two kids, but we had sweet neighbors that had two cats sitting in their window daily that my babies loved to stop and see. The pool temperature was much better this year than last! The only complaints I have are the fact we ALL came down sick overnight on our first stay with respiratory issues. I can’t say for sure the culprit, but the air filter was not in place as it should be and way past due replacement. I also wish our packet would be at the front desk and not the office in orange beach, but we were passing it anyway coming in so it was not too inconvenient. We also did not have a broom in our room. I am used to having one in any condo I have ever stayed in bc I am constantly sweeping up the sand. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!
