This is your opportunity to get the amenities of a 3BR building at a 1BR price point. Unit 103 is actually a second floor unit as the ground level of the building is the indoor lobby. This means you have direct views of the beach and gulf from your unit and balcony. This also means you only have to go up/down one flight of stairs and can avoid the elevator traffic entirely during busy seasons. PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.
