The second bedroom is equally comforting, offering 2 Queen beds, a flat-screen TV, and an attached bath, making this condo ideal for accommodating up to 6 guests.

The property includes a deeded boardwalk leading directly to the beach, equipped with outdoor faucets and a shower for convenience after beach activities. Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

We stayed at Regency Isle 303 for a week and it was absolutely amazing. The place was so clean and well set up. It had pretty much everything you could need to cook with and the kitchen was very spacious and nice. All bedrooms had comfortable beds and very nice bathrooms. The master bathroom had a nice jacuzzi tub and spacious shower. It was easy access to beach and short walk from room. Just great all around. Oh and great restaurants minutes away.
