i love this condo, but the ball was dropped on this last stay. we arrived a few days after a coastal storm. i certainly understand that balcony furniture needs to be brought in during that time. we arrived to alllll of the balcony furniture inside the living area.ok....we can handle this. we unpacked and started moving furniture. we own this particular brand and we know that it is heavy. we moved 4-5 pieces (5 to go) and contacted the condo managers (friday at 6pm)....the response was that they would let their maintenance crew know. we left the condo on saturday morning, got back at 3-ish, assuming furniture would be out the door. no contact was made to us and the furniture was still there. we did it ourselves.this week, i received a text from the condo managers, hoping everything had been great. i responded with this same info. no response!!!!!!the owners need to know this.

Grand Pointe room 708 was beautiful! The view was just spectacular! Was exactly like the description and pictures on the site. Liquid life was a fantastic property manager. Communication was above and beyond what I expected. They even had us a surprise Anniversary gift set up in the room. Will definitely rent this room again!

We had such a good time. The property was clean and spacious. It had a luxurious feel. We watched dolphins and boats going in and out of the harbor, the sunrises were absolutely stunning! The outdoor pool was clean and well kept. The beach was just a short walk out there, and we even fished on the Jetty and caught a few! Highly recommended. We loved it so much we had wished we booked a longer trip!
