The Primary suite serves as your private sanctuary, featuring a plush King-sized bed, an ensuite bath, and direct access to the expansive balcony where you can enjoy panoramic views of the waters and sandy beaches. The second bedroom offers a comfortable Queen bed, while the third bedroom provides ample sleeping space with two Full beds. Each bedroom is equipped with its own flat-screen TV for your entertainment and relaxation.

The open living area boasts wood floors, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for gatherings with family and friends. From the living area, step out onto the balcony to feel the gentle breeze and listen to the soothing sound of waves crashing against the shore.

Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops and all the essential appliances and cookware you need. A full-sized washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience.

Stay connected with complimentary wireless internet access throughout the condo, allowing you to share your vacation memories with loved ones back home. Dive into relaxation with the indoor and outdoor pools, providing year-round enjoyment regardless of the weather. For a rejuvenating experience, unwind in the indoor hot tub or detox in the sauna. The fitness room caters to guests who wish to keep up with their workout routine even while on vacation. The complex also features stainless steel grills by the beach, perfect for beachside barbecues and gatherings. Challenge friends or family to a friendly game on our tennis court, adding an active twist to your beach vacation. For our younger guests, the children's pool offers a safe and enjoyable space to splash and play, ensuring fun for the whole family.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Windward Pointe. Parking pass(es) are available for purchase for up to TWO vehicles. RVs and trailers are not permitted on-site at Windward Pointe. You will receive the information to register your vehicles and purchase your parking pass(es) prior to arrival.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property does not offer monthly rentals.
