Great place!

The room was so spacious which was a big factor since it rained most of our trip! Great location close to everything we needed. A lot of complaints about parking however we drive suburban and had no issues. We had to go into the parking deck one time and is a little tight but so doable! Recommend this place for a getaway!

Rude Security Guard

Our stay and condo was great however the security guard always found a way to ruin everyone’s day. She was over the top and verbally attacked every guest staying at the facility. We were told by multiple families of her rudeness and thought maybe they were exaggerating until we encountered her. One family told me they had been coming to the same condo for 12 years and they will not be coming back since she’s been there. I understand she has a job to do in keeping the facility safe and in order, however, she needs to have some training in customer service for she works the front desk and engages with the guests on a daily basis. We will not be returning!

Fix your parking issue.

Over all we had a great vacation. But here are a few things that need to be addressed. The AC in the main bedrooms is awful. It feels like 70 degrees if not warmer in the two master rooms. The room with twin beds is ice cold. Also the parking situation is HORRIBLE. We paid for an extra parking pass because we had two vehicles. Two large trucks one which could not fit upstairs and the other one fit by two inches. Which we were not informed of the parking garage before arriving. The downstairs parking were taking up by small SUV’s and cars several times which would force us to find other parking or not leave in the evening for supper which affected our stay and plans. The condo would not accommodate us or refund us for the extra parking pass. They told us they had no control over the parking issue and we would have to park elsewhere until a spot became available. This needs to be addressed if I’m paying extra money for a parking pass that you can’t even make accommodations for us to use with our large vehicles.
