For additional sleeping arrangements, the living room is equipped with a sofa sleeper, making this unit perfect for up to 6 guests.

The condo's interior is a testament to modern coastal elegance, featuring Vinyl Plank Flooring and crown molding throughout, new furniture, and brand-new mattresses for an undisturbed sleep experience. The fully equipped kitchen, boasting granite counters and a Keurig, invites you to create and savor your favorite meals and beverages. Throughout your stay at Island Royale, you can stay connected and share your vacation moments with ease, thanks to the free WiFi available throughout the complex. Whether you're lounging by the pool, relaxing in your room, or exploring the complex, you're always connected.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

Great layout and up to date furnishings. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and up to date appliances. This was a perfect place to celebrate my husband's 55th birthday! The one negative was about the facility, the elevators had a constant foul smell to them. Fortunately, the condo's location allowed us to easily take the stairs instead!
