Here on the Gulf Coast, we have some of the most beautiful beaches. If you don’t have access to any sort of private beach, there are plenty of other great spots where you can relax and enjoy the surroundings.

Beaches marked with an asterisk are Gulf State Beaches. For parking information for these locations, click here.

*Shell Beach

This spot is located East of the Perdido Pass Bridge in Orange Beach. For directions use: 28273 Perdido Beach Blvd, Orange Beach, AL 36561.

*Cotton Bayou 

Cotton Bayou has much to offer: restrooms, outdoor showers and ADA beach access mat (east ramp). Cotton Bayou’s address is 25900 Perdido Beach Blvd, Orange Beach, AL 36561.

*Gulf Place- Gulf Shores Main Public Beach

With restrooms, beach showers, pavilions and a large grassy area, this beach is sure to be lively. You can find it at 101 Gulf Shores Pkwy, Gulf Shores, AL 36542.

*Romar Beach

In Orange Beach, Romar is super easy and convenient to get to. For directions, use 24450 Perdido Beach Blvd, Orange Beach, AL 36561.

*Alabama Point East

This large beach offers lots, including sand dunes, boardwalks, picnic areas, restrooms and outdoor showers. Life vests are also free to borrow here. Find Alabama Point at 28105 Perdido Beach Blvd, Orange Beach, AL 36561.

Branyon Beach

Branyon is a smaller beach with limited free parking. If you’re interested in this beach, head to the Intersection of Hwy 182 & Campground Rd, Gulf Shores, AL 36542.

Gulf Shores 6th St Public Beach

This beach has restrooms, showers, and free parking for Gulf Shores Residents. The address is 699 West Beach Blvd, Gulf Shores, AL 36542.

Gulf Shores 10th St Public Beach

If you decide to go here, any available parking will be across the street. Find this at West 10th St. Beach Blvd, Gulf Shores, AL 36542.
