I asked everyone in our Liquid Life Owner Relations office for their favorite local restaurants in Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area. Along with these restaurant recommendations, I found out the scoop on their favorite dishes. We’ve got 15 great options for you to try on your visit to the Gulf Coast!
Shelby Berry, our marketing team leader, chose Luna’s as her favorite. Located on Canal Road, Luna’s serves up some amazing southern food. If you stop here, Shelby wants you to try Luna’s Special Salad with Nashville Hot Chicken!
Avenue Pub is favorited by our content marketing specialist, Dominik Smith. It’s right on the water and has a lively atmosphere, so its a great dinner spot for vacationers. Dom recommends getting the Sriracha Burger and a Blonde Buschwacker.
Located in Foley, you could stop by El Paso after a day of shopping at Tanger or hanging out at OWA! Sam Szapiel, one of our owner relations agents, picked El Paso and loves their Fajita Burrito. This spot is perfect for grabbing some tasty Tex-Mex cuisine after a fun filled day.
One of the most popular Orange Beach restaurants, CoastAL, is right along the beach. Chosen by our Chief Operating Officer Connor Hall, CoastAL is what most people envision when they think of a “beach town restaurant.” Make sure you order the Fresh Gulf Fish Sandwich while you’re there!
Our Director of Owner Relations, Carson Dabbs, selected Tacky Jack’s as his favorite. The lively atmosphere, waterfront location and yummy food makes this spot a top choice! Carson’s favorite dish is the Mexican Garbage Nachos.
Cobalt, selected by our Staff Accountant Bailey Thomas, has a large menu, delicious food, and stunning views. Bailey enjoys the Creole Casino Oysters, so if you decide to visit Cobalt, give them a try!
Matthew Howard, Chief Financial Officer, favors Jesse’s On The Bay. It has stunning water views and a cozy ambiance, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing meal. Don’t leave until you’ve tried the Ribeye, its Matthew’s favorite!
GT’s On The Bay is favored by Hollie Hawkins, our licensed real estate agent and property manager. Like many of the others, it has views of the bay, as well as a dock and kid’s play area. Hollie suggests trying the Shrimp-n-Grits, a flavorful and filling choice.
Located on Canal road, Cactus Cantina is certainly a favorite of Liquid Life. One of our owner relations agents, Albert Miles, specifically recommended it. His favorite dish is the Carne Asada. If you’re in the mood for Mexican food, try out cactus!
Our Owner and Founder, Randy Hall, is a fan of Bon Temps Poboys, more specifically, their Shrimp Poboy. This local spot has some of the best poboys, so if you’re looking to have one, make a stop in here!
Madison Franks, an owner relations agent, recommends Moe’s Original BBQ. Conveniently, there is a Moe’s right next door to our office, so it is a popular lunch spot within Liquid Life. All of Moe’s food is amazing, but Madison really likes their pulled pork.
Samantha Hallam, an owner relations agent, loves to grab a bite at the Flora-Bama. There is so much to do here, you will never be bored. Between the water and live music, it is definitely a lively atmosphere. Samantha loves their greek salad!
One of our summer marketing interns, Camryn Easterling, chose Picnic Beach. It’s got great decor, serves casual (but great) food, and is the perfect spot for a photo op!
Beth Myers, our owner relations intern, tried Shrimp Basket and loved it! They have great food and friendly service! Beth ordered the boom boom shrimp tacos, and definitely suggests ordering the same!
Another one of our summer marketing interns, Kelly Schulte, likes The Gulf. The atmosphere and vibe is what makes it one of her favorites. It is right on the beach, laid back, and has great food. She recommends the grouper sandwich.
We hope you are able to try some of our favorite spots during your stay! When you leave a review of your stay, let us know which ones you tried!
