Guidebook To Hangout Fest: Tips & Tricks From the Liquid Life Locals

Hey hey Hangout Fest Guests!!! The Gulf Coast’s favorite music festival is just a couple days away— which means you are getting here soon if you haven’t gotten here already! To help you have the best experience during your time with us, us locals have compiled a guidebook that will help you know all the tips & tricks for the best vacation ever!

MUST-KNOW FESTIVAL INFO

There are several things you need to know for the festival, but the main thing you need to know is where to find your resources. The Hangout Music Festival Website has done an amazing job with providing festival goers with maps of the festival area!

Just in case you haven’t seen, make sure you’re bringing allowed items! Hangout does not play around when it comes to safety & regulations (which we honestly love them for), so check out their website to see what items are allowed and what aren’t. And if you have any more specific questions, go to their FAQ section!

Another huge reminder: leave your cash at your condo! This weekend is a cash-free event, so make sure you’re prepared with your debit/credit cards on hand. Don’t feel like carrying cards? Not to worry, The Hangout Fest also accepts Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay!

SHUTTLE SERVICES

There are very limited parking spots around the festival venue, so the Shuttle Service is a lifesaver for ticket holders! There are 3 shuttles that run continuously throughout the weekend that stop near most of our rentals. Be sure to purchase a Shuttle Pass to take advantage of this convenient transportation option!

Sea N Suds - want beach front dining? Sea N Suds is the perfectly delicious choice for you! 

Picnic Beach - a casual dining experience with live music on Thursday and Sunday nights!

Sunliner Diner - blast to the past with this 1950s style diner! Make sure to bring your quarters for the jukebox!

SWEET TREATS:

Rita’s Italian Ice - who doesn’t love Italian ice at the beach?! Rita’s is the place for you to grab the best authentic Italian Ice!

Scoops Ice Cream - craving something creamy? Scoops Ice Cream has been serving our community since 1980!

Soul Bowlz - alright smoothie bowl lovers, this is your place! Come here for the amazing acai and other fruit concoctions!

Tiki Island Boutique - a boutique that is local to the Gulf Coast, Tiki Island Boutique brings island flair to your closet!

The Wharf - this is your spot for a lively variety of shops, activities, and eats!
