Summer fun doesn't have to end!

Did you know after Labor Day the temperature at the beach is still warm enough to enjoy all your favorite beach activities? The fun doesn't have to stop in September! You can still delight in weekend getaways and fall break in Gulf Shores & Orange Beach. Below are just a few events happening this "off season". 

• September 6th - Green Day live at the Wharf Amphitheater 
• September 14th, 15th & 16th - The Wharf Uncorked Wine & Culinary Event 
• September 16th - Eric Church live at the Wharf Amphitheater 
• October 12th to the 15th - 46th Annual Shrimp Festival 
• October 28th - The Original German Sausage Festival 
• November 3rd & 4th - 10th Annual Oyster Cook off 

The music doesn't stop after Labor Day either! Green Day and Eric Church are sure to be a hit! Like going to festivals? The Gulf Coast is home to 3 great ones! The Wharf Uncorked is an awesome wine and culinary event that also raises funds for charity. A local favorite, Shrimp Festival, will be celebrating its 46th anniversary this year with live music and of course shrimp! They are starting a new tradition by introducing the Little Miss Shrimp Festival Pageant. Last but not least you can join us in late October for the Original German Sausage Festival happening just a short drive north of us in Elberta, AL. The good times continue on in to November with the Hangout Oyster Cook off! Over 40 chefs will prepare three categories of oysters and you can have the chance to try them all!
