Great location. But…..

I wish I could give a better rating. Location was great. Very clean.That first night I went to lock the patio door and it would not lock. It’s a first floor unit, not on the ground but someone could climb up to it. Next day Reported it to the host and got directed to the property manager. What a mess. Received a text they would address it and would keep me posted. They did not. We came back from the beach to find a repairman there with no notice. He left. I messaged to say hey can you please give a heads up and the status? I’m told by text that they’re sorry and they will let us know the status. That was Sunday. Monday a repairman came- AGAIN no notice. Nice guy though. He can’t fix it says whole door might need replaced. He leaves. Nothing from Liquid life after that. I call them Tuesday- they tell me they are sorry- the owner has to give permission to fix it. They ask if I’ve been getting updates on the ticket. I tell them other than the initial text confirming they got my report- no. They assure me they will check into it and find out the status of the maintenance order. I never heard from them. So the door never got fixed. Not so much an issue since we have teenagers and they know not to go climb off a balcony. But for families with small children, very concerning. Also the fuses kept tripping during the stay. And so you know I’m not unreasonable- I broke the coffee pot and we replaced it with a new one. Disappointed we had to chase this all week, It was stressful

We were very satisfied and highly impressed with this condo. The decor was very nice and it was super clean! We had great communication with Liquid Life as well. The condo is in a less populated area so the beach and pool were never crowded. I will definitely stay here again!

Windrift Parking

Parking was a mess. Received a gate code but was left a nasty note that said we had to have a parking permit which we were not aware of (must have been in the fine print). The permits were in the lobby available to anyone so I’m not sure why that was needed if we had a gate code! The toilets, washer, ice maker and a/c were all noisy.Other than that everything was fine!
