Phoenix East II is loaded with all the amenities you need, including an indoor pool, newly-renovated outdoor zero-entry pool, hot tub, kids splash pad, tennis court, basketball hoop, fitness room, racquetball court and sauna.

The complex also offers free wireless internet building-wide.

Parking passes will now be purchased in the Lobby of all Phoenix condos. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit and you must show your reservation confirmation from Liquid Life Vacation Rentals when purchasing. The cost of parking passes are set by each association and are subject to change at anytime without notice.

Cute little place. No frills, had just what we needed. Very comfortable bedroom upstairs. Outstanding location. We walked everywhere!

This unit is in a great location and was very clean. Easy check in and check out process and did not have to do all of the normal things before leaving like stripping beds and starting the washer. The only complaint was that they didn't have the smart TV remote. They only the Satelite remote so no streaming.
