Additionally, there are two sofa sleepers in the living room to accommodate extra guests.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
All reservations at Turquoise Place are automatically charged for two parking passes. You will receive your parking pass(es) and keys from the front counter in the Turquoise Place C or D Tower Office during check-in.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: January and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

AGE REQUIREMENT:
The minimum age to book this property is 25 years or older. Valid photo identification is required to verify age and ensure compliance with local regulations.

We have seen this property many times when visiting Orange Beach and decided to try it. We were not disappointed and look forward to returning. The location is great and the unit and property overall were well kept. The property has a nice gym, indoor pool, water slide and lazy river. We only used the gym on this trip, but plan to check out the lazy river on our next trip. The unit was 3 bedrooms with each having its own bathroom. Well stocked kitchen,

The condo was fantastic. There are all sorts of amenities at the property to keep everyone entertained. Outside Pools were a bit cold, but our kid loved the slide. The indoor pools were a great break from being out in the sun and were heated.
