CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

The condo was as described. Plenty of room for our group of 5 adults and 2 kids without feeling on top of each other. Very clean and check in and out was super easy. Ple ty of dishes and cookware. The only suggestion i have for the owner is to consider investing in tubberware as there was only 1 bowl. Location was great!

We love Summerchase and have been staying there for vacations since 2012 in various units. We will be back. In this unit the TV's do not have many channels and certainly didn't have the channels listed on the guide. Some had different channels than others and they were small. We checked in Friday & maintenance postponed twice and wasn't going to come to look at the TV's until Monday. We decided to just forget it.The Wifi password is wrong. We ended up using one from a previous year at Summerchase in a different unit that worked. (Just FYI)This unit could use a couple of luggage stands, a vanity bench in the master bath, the balcony railing is loose in areas and the wind rattles it substantially, The king beds were great and super comfortable!

Check in was smooth and effortless! Property was very clean and well kept. Overall a perfect place for our family! Kids loved the easy access to the beach, indoor and outdoor pools. Perfect location close to the grocery store and restaurants. I would stay here again for sure!!!
