The suite includes a sitting area, a flat-screen TV with a DVD player, balcony access, and a Primary bath with a walk-in shower. This space is ideal for unwinding in comfort while enjoying the scenic ocean views.

The second bedroom features a cozy Queen bed and a flat-screen TV, providing a welcoming and private space for guests or children.

The complex also features a sauna for unwinding, shuffleboard and tennis courts for recreation, and a well-equipped exercise room for fitness enthusiasts. A boardwalk provides direct beach access, making visits to the sandy shores effortless. Broadmoor combines comfort and convenience, ideal for a beachside stay.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

We made a last minute decision to move from a hotel to the condo and we were so glad. It's very spacious, super laid back, not busy at all and the VIEW for sunrise !!!!!! Is SPECTACULAR!!! We didn't have to leave the balcony. Our kids are 10 and 12 and we felt comfortable letting them walk to the beach on their own and walk, because we could see them and it wasn't very populated at all. We made some great family memories spending time together and we all agreed we would go back !!
