Welcome to Brookhaven, a magnificent 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath casita that epitomizes the ideal home away from home. Situated in Beach Village Resort, the newest gated resort community on the Alabama Gulf Coast, this beautiful cottage is perfectly located in Orange Beach, just a stone's throw away from the Gulf of Mexico.

Brookhaven comfortably sleeps 7 guests in beds, featuring a King bed, a custom-built twin over queen bunk, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Each room in the cottage is equipped with large smart TVs, complete with streaming apps for your entertainment. Please note that streaming accounts are not provided, so you are welcome to log in with your own.

A special highlight of this cottage is your very own private, pool-side cabana, included at no additional cost! This comfortable, furnished cabana offers a delightful shade retreat on hot summer days, allowing you to enjoy the poolside ambiance in luxury and comfort.

Constructed to Gold Fortified standards, Brookhaven offers contactless entry via door code, pine wood and tile flooring, custom cabinets, solid stone countertops, impressive 12' and 10' ceilings, and elegant crown molding on both levels. Stay connected and comfortable with wireless WiFi access available throughout the condo.

Beach Village Resort is the newest gated resort community in Orange Beach, where privacy meets modern coastal living. This community, secured with private gated entry, lies just a stone's throw away from the stunning Gulf of Mexico. Guests are treated to an array of water features, including a large outdoor zero-entry pool that's a delight for all ages. The pool area, heated seasonally, is a paradise complete with a splash pad, a lazy river, and a custom-built water slide. Adding to the allure are the resort's seasonal activities. Imagine enjoying theater-quality movie nights by the pool, complete with a large outdoor screen and a top-notch sound system, creating unforgettable evening experiences. I cannot rave enough about this place and we are super picky about rentals.We loved everything about the casita, the "neighborhood" and the amenities! We normally insist on staying right on the beach but did not miss it one bit, staying in BVR. We enjoyed the jeep pick up and drop off from our door step, when we did want to go to the beach but we spent most of our time in the pool and lazy river and loved having our own cabana. Both of our kids loved it too (they are 14 and 20) so not little kids but still enjoyed the pool area, movie nights, bingo and live music by the pool. Nowhere we have ever stayed had fun activities like this and it never felt crowded, even when it was. The Brookhaven is gorgeous. Decorated beautifully, stocked with anything you would need, beds were super comfortable, a/c worked great and it was so clean! It was also a quick walk to the pool so it was easy to go back and forth as needed. We will 100% be back to BVR next summer and cannot wait!

We loved the place! The house was nice and clean. It had everything we needed. The pool area was great. The kids loved the waterslide. Movie night at the pool was fun for the whole Family. We got to see the Alligator from the bridge. That was cool! We will definitely stay again.
