Welcome to Lighthouse on the Bay 2209, a magnificent 3-bedroom, 3-bath waterfront condo where comfort meets elegance. This ideal retreat is perfect for those looking to indulge in a well-deserved vacation in a slice of paradise. Situated on the 2nd floor in Orange Beach, this condo rental offers stunning views of the Perdido Pass from the serene Terry Cove.

The Primary suite is a luxurious haven with a King bed and a flat-screen TV, accompanied by a private bath featuring a large walk-in shower and dual vanity for your utmost comfort. The second bedroom offers a cozy Queen bed and a Smart TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. In the third bedroom, guests will find both a Queen bed and Twin Bunks, making it an ideal space for families or groups. Every room is designed for relaxation and tranquility.

Step into the spacious living area where floor-to-ceiling windows offer breathtaking views of the lazy river and surrounding beauty. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV, ensuring entertainment is just a click away. Step outside onto the large balcony, a perfect spot to soak up the picturesque views and enjoy the gentle coastal breeze.

This condo isn’t just about the spectacular views and luxurious sleeping arrangements. It's fitted with modern conveniences to ensure a comfortable stay. Stay connected with wireless internet access throughout the unit, and embrace your culinary skills in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with an Air Fryer and wet bar. Additionally, the convenience of a full-sized washer and dryer is at your disposal.

This unit is pet-friendly, allowing you to bring your furry friend along for the vacation. Please note that there is a $150 non-refundable pet fee paid to Liquid Life. Additionally, there is a $150 registration fee, $100 deposit for an approved leash, and a $5 service fee to be paid at the Phoenix on the Bay II front desk. The $100 leash fee will be refunded upon return of the leash. Keep your pet on a leash at all times, and remember that pets are not allowed on the beach.

For those who prefer swimming indoors or during cooler months, the indoor heated pool offers year-round enjoyment. The hot tubs are a serene escape, ideal for unwinding and soaking in relaxation. Tennis courts are available for guests seeking some active fun and a bit of friendly competition. Additionally, the grilling area presents a wonderful opportunity for outdoor cooking, allowing you to savor meals in the fresh air.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
Your parking pass(es) must be purchased on-site at Lighthouse on the Bay upon arrival.

MONTHLY RENTALS
