Now that you’re renting your dream vacation condo, it’s time to start planning what you want to do this week! Here is a list of our top 5 favorite things to do during a 4th of July vacation!

1. Independence Day Street Party at The Wharf - Celebrate a day early at The Wharf on July 3 with their Independence Day Street Party! Bring the family for live entertainment, kid-friendly activities, prize giveaways, firework show and much more.

2. City of Gulf Shores Annual Fireworks Celebration - You can’t come to the beach for a 4th of July vacation and not experience fireworks! Gulf Shores will start their fireworks display at 9 pm on the 4th of July. Fireworks will be launched from the State Fishing Pier.

3. Fort Morgan’s Salute to American Independence - If you’re a fan of historical reenactments, head to Fort Morgan in Gulf Shores where interpreters dressed in period U.S. Army uniforms will conduct guided tours throughout the day on the 4th. It’s a glimpse back in time that will get you in the patriotic spirit!

4. Dolphin Cruises and Jet Boat RidesThe Fun Boat Dolphin Cruises are home to the water wars and they guarantee more FUN and dolphins in 2 hours on the water, than you have ever had before! We always have so much fun finding dolphins with Captain Dean but the fun doesn’t stop with dolphins! The Fun Boat crew has a new attraction, a jet boat! The jet boat ride is perfect for thrill seekers and will not disappoint.

5. Circus on Main - Come on and join the circus! Join The Wharf's Circus on Main for loads of Big-Top excitement. This Thursday evening will hold a clown car full of activities that’ll have you believing you’ve stepped into a real red-and-white striped tent!

Fun times are waiting for you at the beach!
