National Burger Day!

  This Sunday is National Burger Day and of course we couldn’t let this holiday pass us by without sampling most of the burgers in the Gulf Shores and Orange Beach area! We decided to go on an adventure to find our favorite burgers. All the burgers we tried were delicious but we had to narrow it down to our 5 favorites. So let’s get down to it! 

These are listed in no particular order but our first favorite spot goes to the Hurricane Burger from Fish River Grill #3 located in Gulf Shores, AL, just a few miles from where you might be staying while here on vacation. The Hurricane Burger has been voted the “Best Burger in Baldwin County” and it certainly lived up to it’s reputation! The burger wasn’t the only thing that impressed us, the customer service was also phenomenal! 

Our next stop took us to Fisher’s Dockside at Orange Beach Marina, also just a few miles from everyone’s favorite vacation rentals. They are fun and casual with a menu of original recipes that offers something for everyone in the family! It was hard to choose between their awesome selection of burgers but we ultimately went with the Fisher Burger and it was amazing! This burger features pimento cheese, bacon and smoked tomato jam! Yes, jam! The atmosphere at Fisher’s Dockside is so relaxing. While you are eating you can watch the boats coming in and out of Orange Beach Marina. 

Another favorite of ours was the Gulf Burger from The Gulf in Orange Beach right next to the Perdido Pass! The Gulf is probably one of the coolest places around. The restaurant itself is made out of shipping containers! You can sit under the palm trees and watch the boats go through the pass while enjoying the Gulf Burger made with fresh ingredients! 

We have two more favorite burgers but we can’t tell you about them just yet. We’ve been sharing them on our Facebook page daily and we can’t ruin the surprise!
