Top "Fore" Golf Courses at the Beach!

  Fall is the perfect time to call up some of your best guy friends and hit the beach for a weekend of fun at the golf course. With over 8 golf courses here in the Gulf Shores and Orange Beach area it won’t be hard to fill up the weekend! So, let’s “tee” this thing! Here are our top 4 favorite golf courses, in no particular order. 

1. Orange Beach Golf Center

The Orange Beach Golf Center is just as challenging as it is beautiful. While working your way through the paved trails of the course you’ll enjoy seeing the wildlife that is abundant in the area! They also offer youth golf lessons in the summer. 

2. Refuge Golf Club

Next on our favorites list is the Refuge Golf Course located in the State Park. After enjoying the gorgeous course, putting green and driving range, head over to the Refuge Grill and enjoy one of their awesome sandwiches. 

3. Craft Farms

Craft Farms features two 18-hole courses designed by the legendary Arnold Palmer and is located just minutes from our beautiful sugar white beaches. The course also has a contemporary American style bar & grill with floor to ceiling windows that overlook one of the course’s 18th hole. 

4. Peninsula Golf & Racquet Club

This is a championship golf course and a full service club with fun for the whole family. Peninsula Golf & Racquet Club was also given 4 and a half stars by Golf Digest and was selected as one of the “most memorable and enjoyable” courses in the Southeast. 

With these great choices you and your pals are sure to have a fun filled weekend and did we mention we have rentals within 5 to 10 minutes of most of the courses in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach?
